Have you ever wondered why some person eat alot and remain slim.

I remember a pal we had at school and he would eat anything and remain slim.

For the purpose of this article we call him John.

John was a regular guy who tried to eat right and had the odd junk with out any major consequences.

Or so we thought.

Though John had no ill effect many of us are not so lucky.

So ever tried to talk to your wife or girlfriend or finance or even a good friend and the suddenly turn Muhammad Ali on you.

Well it has remain a touch subject for both men and women and the truth about weight loss and obesity is frighting so that why all is on hold to do this series.

Though i will not focus on the younger ones in this article, statistics there two are frightening.

Now i am not here to frighten you but to stir you into action.

Will you be a statistic?

There is a possibility that if you continue your life as is you can be a statistic.

2.8 million people die each year from being overweight.

Persons with a BMI (body mass index) of 30 are obese and prone to many diseases.
